We welcome you to join us as a member of the Church of Mushrooms. We are an interfaith religious organization, which means you need not denounce any previously held beliefs to incorporate ours on your spiritual journey.
Before applying, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our Statement of Beliefs and Constitution, which outlines the structure of the Church. Additionally, we must ensure that you are fully aware of the potential risks involved with the use of sacraments and provide your informed consent.

Membership application is free of charge. We will not share your information or allow it to be used for solicitation purposes. We may need to contact you for additional information to determine membership eligibility, so please provide valid contact information. Approved members may purchase a digital Certificate Of Membership for a one-time fee of $5. Certificates will be emailed to the email address on file and should be received within 24 hours. We encourage you to keep this document accessible as proof of your religious membership and legal association with the Church of Mushrooms.
